1- Point isotropic source was considered.
2- Build-up factors for gamma energies over 500 keV were calculated using Taylor's equation.
3- Build-up factors for gamma energies between 100 keV and 500 keV were calculated using Trubey's table.
4- For gamma energies below 100 keV the Trubey's build-up corresponding to 100 keV was used.
